How often is a senior manager checking in to see what's working well and what may need tweaks? Our President and Owner, Angel-Marie Reiner, personally sends a quarterly client satisfaction survey for Onyx. She reviews the responses, identifies trends, and meets with the senior leadership team to discuss improvements that may need to be completed or coaching opportunities; from there, they create a plan for constant improvement. She also takes the opportunity to share all of the positive comments received collectively with the team.
